METHODOLOGY
EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
- It’s an active and original way to learn new things about yourself and life, where knowledgeisn’t 'handed down from above' but is acquired through participation in concrete activities, self-reflection, and interaction with others.
- Each experience is preceded by a briefing, introducing a skill or focus area, and followed by a debriefing,to bring out discoveries, observations, reflections, learnings, and plans.
- This type of training fosters deeper, , more meaningful, and lasting learning as it allows participants to directly experience concepts and skills.
OUTDOOR TRAINING
- It is a form of experiential learning through engaging activities in nature , using metaphors that may involve walking, building, strategizing to overcome physical obstacles, and more.
- Being immersed in nature lowers defenses, stimulates emotions, brings out deep personal experiences, fosters group cohesion, and creates unforgettable learning moments.
- The activities will reveal personal and group dynamics, which we will learn to become aware of and extract valuable insights from. This process is enriched by self-observation, observing others, and connecting these experiences to conceptual models grounded in scientific evidence.
SOFT SKILLS
- Soft Skills are non-technical, cross-disciplinary competencies that influence an individual's ability to interact effectively with others and adapt to different situations.
- They are fundamental for personal and professional success as they contribute to building positive relationships, problem-solving, and enhancing group productivity and morale.

TESTIMONIALS
I participated in a CollaborAction Family day with my daughter, and it was a wonderful experience for both of us. A well-prepared lesson combining precious teachings clearly explained for all ages in the theoretical part, with the opportunity to put what was learned into practice through fun and engaging games for both children and parents.
Angela Cechich - Pordenone
It was an experience that, as a first approach, made me understand the importance of cooperating with a group and how to approach teamwork. It showed me how details matter and how each of us has our own perspective on the same situations. It helped me tremendously, and the fact that it was an environment where people collaborate without judgment, accept you as you are, focus on a common goal, and are proactive in reaching it together was satisfying and regenerating. Thank you!

CollaborAction is a must-try! We had some very beautiful and intense days in nature with interesting and varied activities that challenged us more than we expected and allowed for unexpected self-discoveries. It’s a great growth opportunity, suitable for all types of people, whether reflective or more pragmatic. Everyone took home a personalized lesson. The environment was relaxing, warm, collaborative, and highly supportive.
Ruth Cantoni - Udine
We participated in the Collaboraction Family days with the whole family, they were very intense moments and allowed us to create a more meaningful and respectful union between parents but also between parents and children. Small, really fun exercises set in motion very deep awareness. Thank you Giulio![]()

Comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for outdoor activities, compatible with the weather and temperatures. A jacket or raincoat in case of rain. No technical gear is necessary. It’s helpful to have a complete change of clothes, footwear, and a small towel.
Activities will still take place in light rain. In that case, participants will be asked to bring suitable clothing (raincoat, poncho, k-way, etc.) and a dry change of clothes. If heavy rain is expected, the event will be postponed.
Participant safety is our top priority. Activities are designed and planned for safe execution. However, since they take place in natural environments, minor incidents like scratches from branches or thorns, trips, or stings from nettles or insects can occur.
