ARMONIA YOGA RETREAT
Finding balance in the five elements
1–2–3 May · La Yoga Casa, Faedis (UD) – Italy
Treat yourself to three days of detox, gentle transformation and well-being immersed in Nature and listening to yourself.
What it is
ARMONIA RETREAT is a three-day retreat inspired by Ayurveda and the theory of Panchamahabhuta, the five fundamental elements that constitute the universe and the human body according to this tradition:
Ether, Air, Fire, Water, Earth.
According to the Ayurvedic view, these elements are also present in every human being and, when combined, give rise to the three Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), characteristic traits that regulate our physical, emotional, and mental balance.
When the elements are in harmony, we feel centered, vital, and clear.
When they become unbalanced, tension, fatigue, agitation, or stiffness emerge.
This retreat is an invitation to let these ideas inspire you to slow down, listen to yourself, and rebalance the “elements” within you, through body practices, conscious breathing, meditation, and a simple life in contact with nature.
Armonia also means respecting the diversity of body types, functioning, nervous systems, and experiences. Both those with an established practice and those who want to try these tools for the first time are welcome. Consistent with this, all practices and schedules will be flexible to allow everyone to find their own fit.
A deep connection with ourselves and the natural world around us will allow us to feel our emotions, activate empathic listening, and rediscover HARMONY 🌈
The common thread: the five elements
During the retreat we will explore the five elements from the subtlest to the densest, as a progressive journey towards presence and stability.
- Akasha – Ether / Space
The field that welcomes everything. Silence, listening, openness. - Vayu – Air / Movement
Breath, lightness, flow, nervous system. - Agni – Fire / Transformation
Energy, digestion, concentration, intention. - Jala – Water / Fluidity
Emotions, adaptability, nourishment, release. - Prithvi – Earth / Stability
Rootedness, structure, security, embodied presence.
Each practice will be designed to explore, nourish, harmonize, or pacify these elements, respecting the different Doshas and individual functionings.
ARMONIA RETREAT alternates moments of practice, listening, and integration, creating a safe, non-judgmental, and non-performative space.
The practices
During the three days you will experience:
- Ashtanga Yoga – to activate energy and cultivate attention in presence
- Yin Yoga – to slow down, listen and release deep tensions
- Oceanic breathing – to regulate the nervous system and promote emotional balance
- Meditation in the nature – to reconnect with the natural rhythm
- Mantra Chanting – to harmonize mind and vibration
- Meridian massage and stretching – to relax and support the energy flow
- Digital and mental detox – to free up space and attention
- Nonviolent Communication and Emotional Intelligence Exercises – to cultivate more conscious relationships, starting from oneself
Each day will have a simple rhythm, with spaces for silence, optional sharing, and time for integration.
ARMONIA RETREAT is right for you if:
- You feel the need to slow down and rebalance your body, mind, and emotions
- You want to immerse yourself in an immersive experience of mindfulness
- You want to take your first steps in yoga and meditation
- You already practice yoga and want a deeper experience that explores the non-physical aspects
- You want to take three days for yourself, away from noise, hustle and bustle, and technology
- You are looking for a space where you feel respected and gently guided
No prior knowledge of yoga, meditation, or other skills is necessary, but a sincere desire to listen and get to know yourself is essential.

LA YOGA CASA
La Yoga Casa is more than just a B&B and a place to practice yoga. It’s a space to rediscover yourself, your rhythms, your essence. A place where you can leave judgments and expectations at the door, and listen to your breathing in the silence of the valley, accompanied by the chirping of birds, the sound of the flowing stream, and the wind in the branches. A warm and welcoming space where you can enjoy beautiful relationships. It’s a house that brings you home.
LA YOGA CASA BNB, Borgo Stremiz 43, Faedis (UD) – Italy
BORGO STREMIZ
Borgo Stremiz is a truly magical place! A small, ancient medieval village surrounded by pristine nature, waterfalls and natural pools, castles and ancient structures nestled in forests of beech, ash, chestnut, and fir trees. Nature is wild and powerful, yet at the same time welcoming to humans, who over the centuries have integrated themselves into it by building paths, terraces, and bridges. It’s the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature!
